18-Roller Straightener for 5-10mm Wires Launched

Recently, an 18-roller straightener for 5-10mm wires hit the market, winning attention from metal processing industries with its precise performance and easy operation.

It features 18 rollers with 52mm outer diameter and V-grooves, which fit 5-10mm wires tightly to avoid slipping and deviation. Adopting multi-roller progressive straightening, it delivers uniform force to enhance straightness. It suits steel, iron, titanium and other metal wires.

With double-sided adjustment and no micrometer needed, operators can adjust roller pressure flexibly per wire bending, lowering operation threshold. Its efficiency shines in medium-batch production, ensuring quality and productivity.

Field-tested in steel structure and auto parts manufacturing, it's praised for stable performance and cost-effectiveness. It’s expected to boost the wire processing industry’s quality and efficiency.
